2Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1)
The South Australian Bar Association Inc Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for South Australia.1See—(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.2A copy of the scheme may be obtained from the council’s website at <www.professionalstandardscouncil.gov.au>.
