This notice may be cited as the Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2024.
This notice commences on 15 August 2024.
(1)Notice of the making of a code of practice named in schedule 1 was given, for section 44(2) of the Act, before 15 August 2024 under the repealed Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2013.(2)The commencement date stated in schedule 1, column 3 for each code of practice mentioned in column 2 of the schedule is included for information purposes only.Under section 44(5) of the Act, a code of practice expires 10 years after its commencement.
4Repeal of Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2013
The Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2013, SL No. 276 is repealed.
