This regulation may be cited as the Acts Interpretation (Fee Unit) Regulation 2022.
2Value of fee unit generally—Act, s 48B
The value of a fee unit for an Act, other than an Act or part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, is—(a)from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023—$1.025; and(b)from 1 July 2023—$1.060.s 2 sub 2023 SL No. 38 s 4
3Value of fee unit for particular Acts—Act, s 48B
Geothermal Energy Regulation 2022, schedule 4(1)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 1 is—(a)from 1 July to 31 August 2023—$1.025; and(b)from 1 September 2023—$1.060.(2)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 2 is—(a)from 1 July to 30 September 2023—$1.025; and(b)from 1 October 2023—$1.060.(3)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 3 is—(a)from 1 July to 31 December 2023—$1.025; and(b)from 1 January 2024—$1.060.(4)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 4 is—(a)from 1 July 2023 to 30 April 2024—$1.025; and(b)from 1 May 2024—$1.060.s 3 sub 2023 SL No. 38 s 5
