This regulation may be cited as the Sanctuary Cove Resort Regulation 2020.
This regulation commences on 2 September 2020.
3Approved uses for zones—Act, s 4A
For section 4A of the Act, a use mentioned in schedule 1, column 2 is approved as a use for the zone mentioned opposite the use in schedule 1, column 1.
