1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (Public Employees Portability) Notice 2019.

2Commencement

This notice commences on 1 September 2019.

3Eligible superannuation schemes—Act, s 12

For section 12(1) of the Act, each superannuation scheme stated in schedule 1 is declared to be an eligible superannuation scheme.
