Acquisition of Land Regulation 2014

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Acquisition of Land Regulation 2014 .

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 September 2014.

3Fee—Act, s 9

The fee payable for an application under section 9 of the Act is—

(a)if the application relates to only 1 parcel of land—$179.70; or

(b)if the application relates to more than 1 parcel of land—$179.70 plus $53.30 for each additional parcel of land.

4Repeal

The Acquisition of Land Regulation 2003 , SL No. 190 is repealed.
