This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2015 .
2Change of name of particular body corporate
The name of the body corporate previously known as Children’s Health Foundation Queensland is changed to Children’s Hospital Foundation Queensland.
3Bodies corporate stated in sch 1
The bodies corporate in existence at the commencement are stated in schedule 1.The body corporate mentioned in section 2 appears in schedule 1 under its new name.
4Application of repealed regulation, s 4
(1) Section 4 of the repealed regulation continues to have effect to the extent necessary for the purposes of the amalgamation provided for in that section.(2)In this section—repealed regulation means the regulation mentioned in section 5.
The Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2005, SL No. 117 is repealed.
