Schedule 3, part 2—
insert—
Great Sandy National Park—the following parts in Lot 1 on AP23771, shown on SP347623— | |
(a) the part identified as Lot A, containing an area of 17.49ha;
| maintenance and use of buildings or other structures for overnight accommodation and other services related to ecotourism (ecotourism buildings) |
(b) the part identified as Lot B, containing an area of 5ha
| maintenance and use of ponds, wells or other structures to treat sewage from ecotourism buildings constructed on the part mentioned opposite the ecotourism buildings in column 1, paragraph (a) |
Whitsunday Islands National Park—the parts of Whitsunday Island identified as ‘Authority Area’ covering part of Lot 428 on NPW621, shown on QPWSAP000327 | maintenance and use of a campground and buildings or other structures associated with the campground |
