This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2025.
2Purpose of revocation of parts of forest reserves
For the Nature Conservation Act 1992, section 70E(3), the purpose of the revocation of the dedication of a part of a forest reserve under section 6 is to allow the part of the forest reserve to become a protected area.
