3Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14
The Law Society of New South Wales Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for New South Wales.1See—(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.2A copy of the scheme is available on the council’s website.
The Professional Standards (The Law Society of New South Wales Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2018, SL No. 181 is repealed.
