Forestry and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2024

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Forestry and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2024.

2Commencement

(1)Part 2 commences on 22 September 2024, immediately after the commencement of the Forestry Regulation 2024.

(2)Part 4 commences on 22 September 2024, immediately after the commencement of the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2024.

3Regulation amended

This part amends the Forestry Regulation 2024.
