This part amends the Uniform Civil Procedure (Fees) Regulation 2019.
3Amendment of s 8 (Particular applications registrar must approve)
(1)Section 8(1), after paragraph (a)—
insert—(aa)has been given aid or other legal assistance under the Public Trustee Act 1978 for the proceeding; or(2)Section 8(1)(aa) to (c)—
renumber as section 8(1)(b) to (d).

This part amends the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999.
