This regulation may be cited as the Planning Amendment Regulation 2024.
This regulation amends the Planning Regulation 2017.
3Amendment of sch 20 (Development impacting on State transport infrastructure and thresholds)
Schedule 20, item 43, columns 2 and 3, ‘10,000t’—
omit, insert—Filling or excavating that involves—
(a)10,000t of material being transported to the premises; or(b)10,000t of material being transported from the premises; or(b)10,000t of material being transported to and from the premises
