2Postponement of expiry of plan—Act, ss 55 and 56
For section 56(1) of the Act, the new expiry date for the Water Plan (Georgina and Diamantina) 2004, as postponed under section 55 of the Act, is 5 August 2027.
This notice expires on 6 August 2027.
