Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2024

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2024.

2Purpose of revocation of part of forest reserve

For the Nature Conservation Act 1992, section 70E(3), the purpose of the revocation of the dedication of part of Kuranda West Forest Reserve under section 4 is to allow the part of the forest reserve to become a protected area.

3Regulation amended

This part amends the Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves) Regulation 2000.
