Forestry (State Forests) and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2023

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2023.

2Purpose of revocation of forest reserve

For the Nature Conservation Act 1992, section 70E(3), the purpose of the revocation of the dedication of Beerwah Forest Reserve under section 6 is to allow the forest reserve to become a protected area.
