Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Amendment Regulation 2023

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Amendment Regulation 2023.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2023.

This regulation amends the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Regulation 2018.
