Youth Justice (Monitoring Device Conditions) Amendment Regulation 2023

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Youth Justice (Monitoring Device Conditions) Amendment Regulation 2023.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 19 June 2023.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Youth Justice Regulation 2016.

4Amendment of s 4A (Geographical area for court)

Section 4A(d) to (h)—
