Mineral and Energy Resources (Common Provisions) Amendment Regulation 2023

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Mineral and Energy Resources (Common Provisions) Amendment Regulation 2023.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Mineral and Energy Resources (Common Provisions) Regulation 2016.

3Amendment of s 16 (Land access code for private land—Act, s 36)

Section 16(2)(a), from ‘stated in’ to ‘September 2016’—
omit, insert—

for communication stated in parts 1 and 2 of the document called ‘Land Access Code’ dated June 2023
