1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee (Interest Rate) Amendment Regulation 2023.

This regulation commences on 1 February 2023.

This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2012.

omit, insert—

1.28%

5Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund)

Schedule 1, items 2(c) and 3, ‘0.71%’—
omit, insert—

0.73%
