This regulation may be cited as the Acts Interpretation (Fee Unit) Regulation 2022.
2Value of fee unit generally—Act, s 48B
From 1 July 2022 the value of a fee unit for an Act, other than an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, is $1.025.
3Value of fee unit for particular Acts—Act, s 48B
Geothermal Energy Regulation 2012, schedule 2(1)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 1, is—(a)from 1 July to 31 August 2022—$1.00; and(b)from 1 September 2022—$1.025.(2)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 2, is—(a)from 1 July to 30 September 2022—$1.00; and(b)from 1 October 2022—$1.025.(3)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 3, is—(a)from 1 July to 31 December 2022—$1.00; and(b)from 1 January 2023—$1.025.(4)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 4, is—(a)from 1 July 2022 to 30 April 2023—$1.00; and(b)from 1 May 2023—$1.025.
