Petroleum and Gas (General Provisions) and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2020

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Petroleum and Gas (General Provisions) and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2020.

2Regulation amended

This part amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 2013.

3Amendment of sch 5 (Fees)

Schedule 5, part 3—
insert—

6	Application for extension of last renewed term of exploration permit (Act, s 147CA(3)(b)(ii))—
	(a)  for coal	667.00
	(b)  for any other mineral—
	(i)  for 4 or fewer sub-blocks in restricted area 256, 257, 258, 259, 260, 261, 262, 263, 264 or 265	200.50
	(ii)  otherwise	667.00

4Regulation amended

This part amends the Petroleum and Gas (General Provisions) Regulation 2017.

5Amendment of sch 2 (Fees payable under 2004 Act)

Schedule 2, part 1—
insert—
