This regulation may be cited as the Mutual Recognition (Queensland) (WA Container Deposit Scheme) Amendment Regulation 2020.
This regulation amends the Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Regulation 2009.
After section 4—
insert—5Approval of proposed amendments of Commonwealth Act (WA container deposit scheme)—Act, s 6
For section 6 of the Act, the terms of the proposed amendments of the Commonwealth Act set out in schedule 4 are approved.
After schedule 3—
insert—section 5
This instrument is the Mutual Recognition Amendment (WA Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2020.(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.
