Waste Reduction and Recycling (Waste Levy Rates for 2020–2021) Amendment Regulation 2020

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Waste Reduction and Recycling (Waste Levy Rates for 2020–2021) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2020.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Waste Reduction and Recycling Regulation 2011.

4Amendment of sch 1 (Waste levy rates)

Schedule 1, column for 2020–2021 financial year—
omit, insert—

Waste levy rate — 2020–2021 financial year

(a)  before 1 January—$75 each tonne; or (b)  on or after 1 January—$80 each tonne

(a)  before 1 January—$75 each tonne; or (b)  on or after 1 January—$80 each tonne

(a)  before 1 January—$155 each tonne; or (b)  on or after 1 January—$160 each tonne

(a)  before 1 January—$105 each tonne; or (b)  on or after 1 January—$110 each tonne

(a)  before 1 January—$75 each tonne; or (b)  on or after 1 January—$80 each tonne
