Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Woondum National Park) Amendment Regulation 2019

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Woondum National Park) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017.

3Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in national parks)

Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Woondum National Park—
omit, insert—

Woondum National Park—the following parts—
(a)  lot A on AP17855;	a communications use
(b)  the part identified as ‘EGX’ on AP17876 and AP17879, containing an area of about 900m2;	a communications use
(c)  the part identified as ‘Authority Area A’ on lot 2 on AP19217 on QPWSAP000087, containing an area of about 700m2;	a communications use
(d)  the part identified as ‘Authority Area A’ on lot 3 on AP19217 on QPWSAP000090, containing an area of about 40m2	a communications use
