Standard Plumbing and Drainage (Plumbing Code of Australia Compliance) Amendment Regulation 2019

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Standard Plumbing and Drainage (Plumbing Code of Australia Compliance) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Standard Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2003.

3Amendment of s 8A (Compliance with Plumbing Code of Australia)

(1)Section 8A(1), from ‘sections A’—
omit, insert—

other than part B4—Fire-fighting water services.

(2)Section 8A(2)—
omit.

(3)Section 8A(3) and (4)—
renumber as section 8A(2) and (3).
