Queensland Heritage Amendment Regulation 2019

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Heritage Amendment Regulation 2019.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Queensland Heritage Regulation 2015.

3Insertion of new s 3A

After section 3—
insert—

3APrescribed local government—Act, s 83

For section 83(1) of the Act, the Brisbane City Council is prescribed.
