Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Main Range National Park) Amendment Regulation 2019

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Main Range National Park) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017.

3Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in national parks)

Schedule 3, part 2—
insert—

Main Range National Park—the following parts—
(a)  the part identified as Lot A in Lot 933 on NPW718, shown on SP304648, containing an area of 5,459m2;	construction, maintenance and use of buildings or other structures for overnight accommodation and other services related to ecotourism
(b)  the part identified as Lot B in Lot 750 on NPW718, shown on SP304647, containing an area of 2,336m2	construction, maintenance and use of buildings or other structures for overnight accommodation and other services related to ecotourism

4Amendment of sch 8 (Dictionary)

Schedule 8—
insert—

ecotourism, for schedule 3, part 2, see section 17(4) of the Act.
