Industrial Relations (Revocation of Declaration—LGIAsuper) Amendment Regulation 2018

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Revocation of Declaration—LGIAsuper) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Industrial Relations Regulation 2018.

3Insertion of new s 147A

After section 147—
insert—

147A Revocation of declaration—Act, s 955

(1)For section 955(3) of the Act, the declaration of the Local Government Superannuation Scheme ABN 23 053 121 564 not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Fair Work Act, by the repealed Industrial Relations Regulation 2000, is revoked.

(2)This section applies despite section 152(1).

4Amendment of s 152 (Declarations for Commonwealth Act, s 14(2) under repealed regulation)

Section 152—
insert—

(2)The declarations are taken to have been made under section 955(2) of the Act.
