This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement (Police Powers and Responsibilities) Amendment Regulation 2018.
This regulation amends the State Penalties Enforcement Regulation 2014.

Schedule 1, entry for Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000, entry for section 791(2), in the circumstances in paragraph (c) of the penalty—
omit, insert—
