Planning (Container Refund Scheme) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2018

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Planning (Container Refund Scheme) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2018.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Planning Regulation 2017.

3Amendment of sch 5A, s 2 (Change of use of prescribed retail premises for container refund scheme)

Schedule 5A, section 2(2)(g), from ‘has’ to ‘before’—
omit, insert—

is given to the local government for the local government area in which the premises are located no later than 10 business days after

4Amendment of sch 5A, s 3 (Change of use of other premises for container refund scheme)

Schedule 5A, section 2(2)(h), from ‘has’ to ‘before’—
omit, insert—
