Aboriginal Land (North Stradbroke Island USL) Amendment Regulation 2018

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land (North Stradbroke Island USL) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 2011.

3Replacement of s 50A (Change to boundaries of particular city—Act, s 28(2))

Section 50A—
omit, insert—

50AChange to boundaries of particular city—Act, s 28

For section 28(2) of the Act, the boundaries of the city of Redland as constituted under the Local Government Act 2009 are changed so the following lots are excluded—

(a)lot 9 on SP247475;

(b)lot 101 on AP23230;

(c)lot 64 on AP23224;

(d)lot 156 on AP23225;

(e)lot 55 on AP23226;

(f)lot 159 on AP23227;

(g)lot 60 on AP23219;

(h)lot 61 on SP228351;

(i)lot 63 on SP228351;

(j)lot 62 on AP23229;

(k)lot 101 on SP299983.
