1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Criminal Code (Criminal Organisations) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Criminal Code (Criminal Organisations) Regulation 2013.

3Amendment of s 3 (Places declared to be prescribed places)

Section 3— omit the following dot points—

•unit 3/82 Leyland Street, Garbutt

•29 Matheson Street, Virginia
