This regulation may be cited as the Health Ombudsman Regulation 2014.
This regulation commences on 1 July 2014.
3Corresponding interstate interim orders—Act, s 77
For section 77 of the Act, each of the following is a corresponding interstate interim order—(a)an interim prohibition order under section 41AA of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 (NSW);(b)an order under section 56B of the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004 (SA).
4Corresponding interstate orders—Act, s 114
For section 114 of the Act, each of the following is a corresponding interstate order—(a)a prohibition order under section 41A of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 (NSW);(b)an order under section 56C of the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004 (SA).
5Prescribed conduct document—Act, s 288
